These Terms and Conditions govern the use of minicab and airport transfer services provided by GreenFoxCars UK Limited. By booking and using our services, customers agree to comply with these terms.
1. Definitions
1.1 “Company” refers to GreenFoxCars UK Limited, a UK-based minicab service provider registered with Transport for London (TfL).
1.2 “Customer” refers to any individual, firm, company, or organization using the Company’s minicab services.
2. Booking and Confirmation
2.1 All bookings must be made through the Company’s designated channels, including the official website, mobile application, or telephone.
2.2 The Company will confirm bookings via email, SMS, mobile application, or direct office confirmation.
2.3 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking details, including pick-up and drop-off locations and any special requirements.
3. Fare Structure and Payment
3.1 The Company operates a transparent fare structure, which will be communicated to customers during the booking process.
3.2 All fares are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise specified.
3.3 Payment can be made in cash or through approved electronic payment methods.
3.4 Additional charges may apply for waiting times beyond the free waiting period, booking changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Customers can cancel bookings without charges if done within a reasonable timeframe as defined by the Company.
4.2 A cancellation fee may apply if cancellation occurs within a specified time frame before the scheduled pick-up.
4.3 After a free waiting period of 5 minutes, a waiting charge of £0.30 per minute will be incurred.
5. Service Standards
5.1 The Company is dedicated to delivering safe, reliable, and professional minicab services.
5.2 All drivers employed by the Company are fully licensed and trained to provide high-quality customer service while adhering to relevant regulations.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1 The Company maintains adequate insurance coverage for its vehicles and services.
6.2 The Company is not liable for delays, loss, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including traffic congestion, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
7. Compliance with TfL Regulations
7.1 GreenFoxCars is registered with Transport for London (TfL) and complies with all applicable TfL regulations.
7.2 Customers can report service concerns or provide feedback directly to TfL if necessary.
8. Termination of Service
8.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior
- Non-compliance with these terms and conditions
- Violation of any applicable laws
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
